Who Are We?
We're a small family that started Fed by Fed and Ben back in 2020. We have a deep passion for amazing food and we strive to make the best pizza around, using top quality ingredients and a recipe we've spent years perfecting.
We started our journey in our home kitchen, then quickly progressed to our home-built pizza oven, and now we're out and about every week with our pop-up truck serving the people of Cheddar and surrounding villages.

On the oven at every pop-up, and the one wrangling the truck, the bookings, the website and just about everything in between. If you've ordered a pizza from us, Ben probably stretched it.
Chief Taste Tester
Our son, our sharpest critic, and the reason we started doing this in the first place. He'll happily tell you which pizza is the best — and he's usually right.
The Pizza
Our dough is fermented slowly for the lightest, most flavourful base, then stretched by hand and baked in our gas-fired pop-up oven until the crust is just-blistered and the toppings are perfect. Simple ingredients, proper technique, no shortcuts.
Find us at one of our weekly pop-ups, or pick up a chilled pizza to bake at home from our friends at Hansfords in Shipham.
Events & Private Bookings
Weddings, birthdays, christenings, corporate days, village fetes — if you've got a crowd to feed, we'll bring the truck, the oven, and everything we need to serve fresh pizza all night.
We cater for groups of all sizes and tailor the menu around your guests. Get in touch and we'll put together a quote for your event.
Pizza-Making Classes
Hands-on classes where we'll teach you everything we know — from making the dough through to firing the perfect pizza. You'll leave full, with new skills and (probably) covered in flour.
From £100 for two people
A private session for you, your partner or a small group of friends. Run at our home pizza oven, totally tailored to you. Great as a gift.
£50 per person
Run at Winscombe Community Centre — turn up, learn the techniques, eat a lot of pizza. Perfect for a fun night out with friends.
